Good hotel I spent pleasure time
Not too far from Haram.
It may be better if the reception knows better English and are better informed. I booked two rooms separately and once I arrived they said I have booking only for one room. Finally they gave me the other room. It will be nice if they maintain the room better.
Location was acceptable. Parking is excellent.
Shuttle bus did not operate for every prayer and it takes 15 minutes to get to the Mosque. But if you walk it takes less than 5 minutes. Rooms are clean but toilets are too tiny. Water draining from the sink falls on the ground to drain into another drain - very primitive for ramada!!! Not the International Standard for ramada
the behave of the staff
the hotel is far to the Mousaq. we need to take taxi specialy if we have childeren and old men
The building was very good and the furniture seems to be not old... however it didn't smill good. & Night shift Operator was very polite and broud minded.
1- Staff were to lazy to answer the telephone for morning calls and they had no usefull answers. 2- the management persone incharg of reservations in the hotel was not available to answer his office phone calls even when it was 10:00 am. 3- Room service wakes you up asking if you asked for blankets around midnight while you didn't. 4-Shattele service to Al-Haram (which the purpes of going to makkah is to go whorship and pray at) is not available for all the prayers. 5- two slow employees in reciption in the morning taking care for check in and check out. .... Yes, I Don't think that I will ever book at this hotel. specially not for my family.
location but no transporatation available and room services for food at midnight
The general staff were polite.
I booked for three bed,but they just provided me with two bed. I had to sleep on the floor. The maintenance of the hotel room is not that good, specifically the bathroom shower hose was leaking, and the carpet in the room is a bit stained.
the hotel is far away from the Holy Mosque in Makkah compared to the other 5 star hotels.
Staff authority to act & resolve
not so far from Harm
This is 3 star hotel, no room service, room cleaning is average, toilet is very bad set up and cleaning ,
rooms were ok, not to clean
food was not good , we had to go and eat some where else even that we have paid for our food in the ramada makkah hotel
the Resturant at H1
The Iftar meal was very good, with a wide selection.
The bus service was not at all useful, no minbar was provided eventhough we were told that we would have one. The room was not ready when we arrived, infact they could not even locate our booking? The hotel should have WI-FI just like other main hotels. The Hotel is said to have a bus service to the Haram, however this service is very poor and inadaqate for familys with children. The hotel across the road and many other hotels had many more buses to take and drop off. The Hotel telephone only has Arabic in the menu option, this is very dificult for other to communate, the hotel with a big name as Ramada should have an English menu.
its nice hotel with nice food
location is littile far from haram and no bus is there
near haram clean good food quality
